Now the one that that irked Mae that was a constant with Wyatt was his vague, he always seemed to have a vague answer that wasn't really an answer if you picked it apart, something Mae tended to do. This frustrated the girl to no end because to him, she was an open book, but he didn't reciprocate that and Mae wanted to know him - really know him in every way one could know a person and Wyatt Anders was not making it at all easy. She'd decided after the visit on New Years day that the man was one hell of a challenge, and she was up for it, nothing good ever came easy after all, did it?
"Apparently he was 'charming'..." Mae pulled her own vague on him with a smile, besides, it really was between she and Lainey, and out sisterhood, Mae wasn't one to gossip about her friends.
"In fact..." She started, the butterflies really starting to flap their wings now as she was about to sortof - but not really - ask him out. "If you maybe wanted to meet Lainey, you could stick around or come back when I get off shift and take in Cloverfield with us tonight... y'know, if you're not busy or anything..." She rambled out, hoping it didn't sound as lame as she heard it come out.
