In one moment cold, in the next close, but not gentle and loving - rather fierce and confused, at the same time. As they crashed together, Zephyr stumbled backwards, hands grabbing Zeke's shoulders for support and thus pulling him along. Hitting the wall with considerable force, back of his head being the first to connect, it took a few moments for him to straighten the world out and grab Zeke's head between his hands, holding her other man's face at enough distance to be able to focus on him. On those eyes, those lips, that nose...
Frankly, he felt scared. And that wasn't like Zephyr Way. Not in situations like this. Then again, it had been proceeded by something that had insinuated everything but what Zeke had just done, and right now that confused Zephyr, whereas he usually would've welcomed it.
Maybe he wanted to underline the fact that this wasn't just a kiss and make up. That this time he really intended to try. But he couldn't say that - he just held Zeke's head, staring into those brown eyes without a word.
