Emma couldn't help grinning over her shoulder at him when his lips pressed softly to that little spot of flesh. It felt good... far too good, honestly, and she found that whatever resolve she'd come to about boys already falling.
"Thank you," she mumbled.
She took a slow deep breath in and let it out before turning around to face him. "So, are you ready?" she questioned, her bright smile in place.
This had all been extremely unexpected but she was suddenly glad he'd just shown up. Hanging out with David was much better than laying on the sofa with a movie. Maybe she should have just taken him up on his invite from the very beginning.
"We can get food. Real food. Then ice cream. Then we're going to the park and you're going to push me on the swings."
She didn't know where this idea came from but... it sounded fun, didn't it?
