Ty was dressed relatively nicely as he pulled his set of keys from his pocket, easing the spare key to her place in the lock and turning the knob quietly. Sure, it might scare her a bit that he was just going to be there in her place without knocking but eventually she'd get use to it. He hoped that the blue dress shirt and the tan slacks were going to be a good enough wrapping of her gift.
Ty knew that he shouldn't be doing this, just like he shouldn't have flown out here to climb her balcony and make sure she was safe. He also shouldn't have came over to give her the hammock but he couldn't seem to stay away from her no matter how much it would be best for the both of them.
Walking through her place he spotted her on the balcony and opened the sliding glass door, "Didn't I tell you to keep on your toes and know who was in your house at all times?" Glancing at the grill he could smell the steaks and smiled, "Mines done." Damn he loved being able to do that, use his senses from his previous life to his advantage.
