Lyla flinched slightly when he yelled. He definitely got her attention there, except that now she felt bad for babbling like she had been and... she was apologizing again, this time for rambling the way she had.
A deep blush colored her cheeks when she realized she'd just apologized for apologizing after he yelled at her.. for apologizing. This was ridiculous and she laughed at herself, shaking her head.
"It's been a really weird night?" she offered. Really, she wasn't normally this insane. It just felt awkward, just hanging out like this and she didn't quite know how to act or what to say and with everything that had happened earlier...
