So.
It was basically obvious to Jenny (and everyone around her) that she had feelings for Teddy. She wasn't completely sure of the nature of those feelings, but they were very...present. She was so incredibly happy anytime she thought about him. Not that she wasn't normally, but it was different somehow. And very reminiscent of how she felt about Max.
How on earth was it that she cared this much for two guys at once? This was Jenna Forrester, we were talking about. Jenna hadn't had so much as a crush since she was in high school. As for two at once...wasn't that Jase's thing? Not that it really mattered. In her eyes, the chances of either of them showing interest in return were very slim. Nice guys didn't like her. They just didn't. She was a magnet for assholes, and somehow they always managed to reel her in, convince her that they were simply misunderstood. She was such an idiot.
But her romantic musings definitely had to take a back burner for now. It was Hanukkah, and she was determined that her best friend would eat real food for a change, and not Chinese takeout. Not to mention, she loved to cook. It was only the second day, so she wasn't going too crazy with the menu: meatloaf, potatoes and homemade apple pie for desert. Not exciting, no, but Nicky'd always loved her meatloaf.
Then again, Nicky loved everything. Hm. Maybe she shouldn't be taking advice from a walking garbage disposal?
Anyway, she was almost finished with everything. All that was left to do was to wait for Teddy to come home.
