Parker had no clue what he was feeling right now. Frankly, he didn't like that he was even feeling at all. It made him think irrationally, and on top of that, he didn't even know why he was feeling the way he was, which confused him all the more. Seeing Millie had made him feel better. He really needed that hug she had given him, but he also needed to see his Wendy. She would know what to do. She could help. And now that he knew she was leaving, he wanted her all to himself.
Any normal person would have been happy for her. She was going to see family, to better her career. It was a great move on her part. But Parker was no ordinary boy. He never had been. He was being selfish. He didn't care what it was for. She was leaving, and that was horrible. She didn't know when she would be coming back. That was worse.
Once arriving at her place, he could see she had done what he had told her too, and left the window open. He suddenly wished he could still fly. Nevertheless, he climbed up her little drainpipe, as he'd done a few times before, and made it to her balcony. He softly wrapped on her window, not immediately seeing her, and he stepped inside. "Wendy?" He said softly. "Wendy?" His voice got a bit louder when he didn't immediately get an answer.
