Ashleigh had been staring out across the sky but she'd looked back at him when he spoke. Her face lit into a bright smile and, if he hadn't been sure of it before, it became obvious that she was very pleased with how their day was turning out.
She knew it was silly to think that a ferris wheel kiss was easily one of those most romantic things ever but it was the romantic in her. It had always been one of those moments she'd longed for.
His hand brushed gently over her cheek and her heart skipped a beat as she leaned closer to return the kiss he was pulling her into. She deepened the kiss ever so slightly as she pulled lightly at his bottom lip.
They weren't quite finished yet but now that he'd kissed her, her day felt complete.
