Ashleigh didn't mind in the slightest when his choice was slightly tamer than her own. Sure, her own choices continued to be interesting, to say the least, but it was only so that she could rest assured in that fact that she wouldn't chicken out and disappoint him later in the day.
When he finally suggested the ferris wheel, she nodded. It wasn't a favorite of hers but only because she was deathly afraid of heights and didn't particularly love being stuck at the top during the unloading process. However, on that same note, she'd always sort of fantasized about getting kissed when stopped at the very top.
That would never happen if they didn't ride it, right?
They stood in line and once they were finally loaded into their seat, she laced a set of her fingers through his. It was almost habit, now. She'd made him hold her hand through may of the rides and it just felt... normal. (Even if it probably shouldn't have.)
The loading process went fairly quickly and in no time at all, they were rotating around the huge wheel. "It's soooo pretty," she murmured, looking out across the skyline as the ride started to slow. "I hate being so... but the view is amazing."
