Denim closed the laptop and looked around the room, taking a moment to just stop and let it sink in all over again, letting the fact that she was in her own shop take over. Once it did she spun around on the stool, giggling loudly as she did and even kicking her feet around a bit before stopping and standing up. "Okay, back to work." Yes, she was talking to herself but what did it matter? No one was there to hear her doing it. Grabbing a box off the floor she lifted it up to the table, using the box cutter to undo the tape and start pulling out the design books and fabric that were piled inside it. It was the last box that had to be unpacked before the transition would be complete, a huge moment for her. Now when Hunter arrived she could show him the progress that had been made outside of painting the work room a soft shade of purple, her favorite color and one that often inspired her.
At the bottom of the box she found a picture of her a Hunter, one that she'd snuck in there from his place after stealing it and she had the perfect place she wanted it to go. Smiling at it she grabbed the empty box in her free hand and walked over to the stairs, going down to the first floor where she'd been piling all cardboard boxes. Now it was time to hang the photo, right on the wall directly across from the doors that lead into the place, wanting it to be a reminder that he'd bought it for her -- For them. She'd move it when the store opened, but for now it was going to hang right there.
