Andy huffed. "Well, it's not like I'm known for being a liar," he pointed out. A jokester, perhaps, but if he were going to be pulling someone's leg, it would probably not involve him running down a hall, looking like a complete fool.
Having been glad for the break so that he could return his breathing to normal, Andy's back shot up straight when the poltergeist laughed. Ugh, he didn't fancy the idea of getting smacked in the back of the neck again!
When Stephen pulled back the tapestry, Andy needed no encouragement to go inside. He wasn't exactly sure where this one went, so he waited for Stephen to enter the passageway and take the lead so that he could follow. He wanted to ask where the passage led, but it was best to wait until they were out of Peeves's earshot before asking questions.
