The text had actually woken her up. After last night's late-night hunt and the exertion she'd needed to dig up Old Man Harris from his final resting place... or almost final resting place, it had taken a lot out of her shoulder. It had been much easier when Xavier was around. Granted Faith was amazing but still. Xavier held the record at an hour ten to dig up graves. Despite it all she was here now and ready, a bit of a bruise marring the bottom of her left cheek where she'd managed to catch a blow from Harris. It was actually relatively embarrising.
She pushed open the door of the diner, looking around for him. She would be able to brush it off as an accident. After all he knew about her 'house hunting' as it were... right?
He was sitting at a table when she finally spotted him and waved before walking over and doing somethign of an air kiss on the cheek. "Hi. Sorry I'm a little late." She assumed she was anyway. She sat down across from him. Despite her initial questions about his name, he seemed very... normal. And this whole thing did too. She really liked him. "Hope you weren't waiting long."
