Hermes Granger was being climbed by a lanky ginger... and he didn't make a single move in protest. That wasn't to say that he didn't make a move at all, however. She'd answered quietly (something that caught him off guard), and then taken charge of the situation (something that seemed more natural). That was his Ronnie. Shoot first, ask questions later - or maybe not even bother to ask. He loved her for it. Eh? That's right. He loved her, period. It wasn't as surprising to him as it was for his counterpart (a fact that was unbeknownst to him). He believed she was playing with his emotions, or afraid of settling on someone like Hermes Granger when there were much more fascinating blokes out there. Exciting ones. Ones that didn't take years to act on their feelings.
Now that he was in the thick of it, though, he found he had no problem acting. Ronnie's petite frame had moved into center stage, and his hands had long since forgotten his jacket. They went, instead, to the redhead's back, and he pulled her in close to his chest and breathed in the smell of her as they kissed. He loved her smell... even if it was a bit crisp-ish, presently. That thought caused him to smirk against her lips, and he sighed out through his nose, contentedly. His lips parted, finally, and his hands began their journey along her spine, headed downwards. Eyes closed, he imagined the curves he'd taken in over the years, and held to those memories as he felt them without an inhibition. When he reached her bottom, he didn't grope or grab, but traced his fingers lightly over the thin fabric, then moved down the backs of her legs. His hands grasped at her knees and he thrust forward with his hips as he pulled back on her legs to give them both a 'better fit'.
It wasn't until then, with her amazing warmth against him, that Hermes realized Ronnie wasn't the only one who was excited, and it caused a shudder to run through him. He felt completely exposed, but exhilarated at the same time. All things considered, it wasn't a completely unique feeling for him, with Ronnie as the catalyst.
