Meg took a deep breath for no reason other than to give herself a moment to think. She wanted to laugh hysterically at the ludicrousness of the situation. And she was somewhat relieved to see that apparently girl!Sam could bitchface as well as her Sam did. "I don't know if I'm someone you know or not, Sam," Meg pointed out. "I might not even exist in your world for all I know."
Unlikely. If what had happened to Sam was the same as what had happened to the Sam from her world, then likely whatever had happened with the Meg or whatever his meatsuit had been called had happened there too. Especially if Lucifer was back in the Pit in both worlds.
Whatever. "I am being friendly," Meg pointed out. "In fact, I'm being downright giddy, here. But I also don't think I need to explain myself to you." She paused for a moment. "Or anyone else besides Cas, for that matter."
And that she was absolutely positive about. Cas was the only one she trusted enough to go into any detail about anything. Not since Tom had died, anyway, and really, that was a big deal for her. Not that she thought Sam would understand that. Or even if she thought Sam needed to know that.
Meg managed to not roll her eyes when Sam walked away, although it was difficult. She actually wished that this Sam was the Sam she knew. They might still be bitching at each other, but at least she could trust the boy!Sam. Not any further than she could throw him, which wasn't far, because he was massive. Even for her.
