Sam assumed correctly in that regard. Castiel was nothing if not an individual who cared entirely too much about nearly everything. He loved his brothers and sisters and humans alike, and could further all of that love on to new creatures and worlds with less than even a thought on the matter. His fathers creations were all works of art, and even if his father was absent, he could only assume that he'd had some part in making every single reality that was.
"Yes," he agreed, absently scratching a spot behind his ear and then giving a little nod. "I will help as well as I possibly can. Even if I no longer have powers, my knowledge is still beyond vast and that will hopefully prove useful."
He cocked his head slightly to the side then, considering the woman in front of him a little thoughtfully. "I am… pleased you are here. You may not be the Sam I know, but you are infinitely similar and it is a comfort. If there is anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask."
