Castiel offered Sam a look that spoke volumes of impatience before turning back to the food and hesitantly going toward the counters. The urge to tell Sam (and not for the first time) not to ask stupid questions was a fairly strong one. But he resisted. Because this indecision was not Sam Winchester's fault; there was no way she'd know he had no idea what he wanted, or even what anything really was.
"I've been a human for approximately five hours now," he said, because he probably should tell Sam something like that, the information was fairly useful. Also regrettable, but there was little to be done about that momentarily. "I have not eaten anything since Famine. And… I expect raw beef is not something I might actually like."
