"It's pretty hard, when you're talking about someone's life being at stake, you know? That's the hardest part. Knowing that really, between you and the evidence, you're in charge of what happens to that person. It's even way more stressful than owning a business." That was for sure. And that's why she stopped doing it. "Took all sorts of cases. You can't really pick and choose when the court assigns you. And I was never in a law firm."
