"Yes really." she told him with a smile, even after he'd kissed her. "Don't look so shocked and amazed, it's just helping you look for a job. I mean I'm sure there's something out there that you can do that isn't too difficult or too prying into your background." she told him with a little shrug. She had faith in Max. She knew he could do all sorts of amazing things if he was only give the chance to. "The fact that you don't remember what it's like to have your own space is all the more reason for you to have a place to call your own." she murmured as she leaned up to kiss him again. "And the fact that I can come over any time I want to stay with my man in his place sounds like an incentive if you ask me." she teased, nuzzling her nose against his.
When he looked at her all sheepishly, she let her fingers dance over his cheek. "No, I'm not mad." she told him, shaking her head a little. He looked so apologetic that she couldn't have been mad if she tried. "If she needed it more than you did, then I'm glad you gave it to her." she told him, lifting herself up a little more so she could kiss him again. "And you look too cute worrying like that for me to really be angry with you. I think you've found my weakness."
