Cleo knew he didn't want to pressure her and though there were tiny doubts, they didn't need to be voiced at that moment. She wanted to be with Colin and he wanted to be with her, so what was the problem really? She smiled when he talked about how he was already liking her before he bit her and that quelled some of her worries.
She let him shift her body off of him and she turned to watch him as he shifted into his wolf form. He was big, that was for sure, especially compared to her and her tiny self. Still, she wasn't frightened of him. He was still Colin on the inside and that was all that mattered.
When he crawled up next to her, she smiled at him and leaned in a bit to let her fingers slide over the top of his head. "You're beautiful." she told him. Beautiful didn't really describe it entirely. He was majestic and so gentle looking as well as the bit of badass hunter than came through on top of the cute. "At least I know I have a protector now." she murmured before allowing herself to shift into her cat form and curling up next to her wolf. Nothing else mattered in that moment but being close to him.
