Annie was trying to focus now, even though the only thing to really focus on was Ophelia. And she was moving around so much it seemed like there were three of her. It was dizzying that was for sure. When Annie saw her bring in the stuff to clean the wounds, her own ears pinned back again and she gave another growling noise before turning her head toward Dante. Trying to convey to Ophelia to take care of Dante first. Now that they were home, the concentration that kept her focusing on that instead of the pain was gone. And she could feel it ebbing its way back into her senses. The last thing that was needed was Antoinette biting the woman because she was trying to help, and she was in pain. Which right now was a very plausible outcome.
Sure, it might make Annie seem a bit difficult. But just like back in the woods, she was trying to make sure her brother was okay.
