Surprise Pizza Who: Alanna and Lucas What: Surprise Pizza When: Thursday Night Where: Alanna's House Warnings: Kissing and extreme cuteness
Lucas drove the short distance to Alanna's house and realized about the time that he knocked on the door that maybe he should have called to make sure she wasn't in the middle of dinner with her parents. He was already flushing a desperate shade of red and considering running back to his car when he forced himself to have the resolve to stand there and wait to see if she answered. He wanted to see her, even if it was to hand her the pizza and apologize for interrupting dinner. Besides, he had to ask her if she wanted to go to the concert this weekend with Caleb and Evie.
Alanna was in her room doing homework when she heard the bell ringing. She was home alone, as usual, and wasn't expecting anyone. She set aside her calculus and headed downstairs. She certainly didn't expect Lucas with a pizza, but as she opened the door a huge smile came across her face. "Hi!" she said, looking thrilled to see him. "Please, come in." Alanna closed the door behind him and kissed his cheek. "What brings you here with that really good smelling pizza?"
The blush stayed where it was on his cheeks, but he smiled when she kissed his cheek. "I wanted to surprise you." he told the girl. "Hope I didn't interrupt dinner. Are your parents home?" he questioned. He wasn't sure if they were or not but the typical answer was 'no', no matter how sad that was.
"I actually haven't eaten yet, I was doing homework." she said as she led him to the kitchen. "And no, my parents aren't home." She didn't elaborate because she didn't know where they were anyway. She vaguely remembered hearing her mother saying something about Milan, but she hadn't really been paying attention. "You want soda or juice?" she asked as she got some plates and cups from the cabinet.
Lucas smiled at her as he followed her into the house and towards the kitchen. "Soda, please." he said as he watched her get those plates and cups. "I missed you and couldn't wait for school tomorrow so I figured since I didn't have work tonight I'd make good use of my time." he smiled. "And I wanted to see if maybe I could convince you to come out on a double date with me this weekend." he went on.
Alanna blushed as he told her how much he couldn't wait to see her. It warmed her heart to have someone in her life that cared that much about her. Even though they had just started dating, Alanna knew in her heart she loved him. "A double date? With whom?" she asked as she put pizza on plate for both of them, setting everything on the kitchen table.
"Well last year at the public school I was friends with this guy Caleb and he's been with his girlfriend, now fiance, Everleigh since I've known him. Well there's a concert this weekend and he invited the both of us to go." he explained. "I saw him when I was getting the pizza. He works there. So... what do you say?" he questioned.
Alanna took a bite of her pizza and seemed to think about it. She would of course say yes, she would just have to get two more VIP passes. The only major concert in town was the Nickleback concert. At least, the only one of note. Lucas seemed really excited for the double date and she wanted to know his friends. She got up from the table and went to the drawer she had the passes in. She walked back over and handed him the envelope. "I say I guess I have to get two more of these." she said with a smile.
He arched a brow at her when she handed him the envelope. Opening it, his eyes went a little wide. "Alanna." he breathed, eyes moving to her face. "Oh wow, you didn't... you didn't have to do this." he told her, though it was obvious he was excited about it. A smile spread over his lips and he shook his head a little. "Do you realize how amazing you are?" he asked her. Even without the random VIP passes or the fact that she had a lot of money to spare, she continued to amaze him in every way.
Alanna sat down, a blush on her cheeks. She was positively thrilled he liked the present. She had never had anyone she cared about as much as Lucas and she really wanted to make him happy. She had big plans for his birthday already. "I'm glad you like them." she said, looking up at him with a smile.
Tucking the passes into the envelope, he sat it aside and smiled brightly at her. "You didn't have to do this, but I really appreciate it. You go to so much trouble for me. I should be the one spoiling you."
She reached over and gently took his hand, smiling softly. "I like to...I love seeing your smile. It lights up your whole face." she said softly, her poetic nature coming through a bit. "My day can be full of clouds and then you smile and it's sunshine."
He smiled again. How could he not smile when she was saying things like that? "I think you're the one that makes the world light up." he told her. And it was true. She was beautiful and every time she smiled everything felt like everything was alright.
Alanna blushed, looking down at her lap as she squeezed his hand. "I'm really happy." she murmured softly. She didn't want to be too intense for him. Alanna really liked Lucas and loved being his girlfriend.
"I like seeing you happy." he told the girl. "I like seeing you a lot more than I can even explain." he admitted. He thought about her all the time. She filled up his head and he wanted nothing more than to be around her as much as possible.
The tiny blonde bit her lip and smiled. "I'm glad. I like being with you." Very shyly she leaned in, placing a gentle kiss on him lips. Alanna thought the world of him. Her first love.
He smiled against her lips and when she pulled away, he leaned in again and pressed another kiss to her mouth. "I like being with you too. And I like kissing you." he admitted with a little smile as he gently brushed his fingers across her cheek.
Alanna shivered with delight as he kissed her again, looking up at him with happy blue eyes, also a touch darker with some desire eat time their lips touched. "I like kissing you too." he said, and did so again.
She could quickly make him think of nothing but kissing her. Just a little peck here and there and then all he wanted to do was keep doing it. He gently nipped at her lower lip, giving it a soft little tug.
The little tug made her let out a surprise gasp. She liked it and she kissed him again, returning the favor on his lower lip, her hands sliding up his arms. Alanna's heart was pounding and her hormones were kicking into over drive.
At first he'd thought he'd done something wrong, but then she went and nipped at his lower lip and his whole body felt like it had caught fire. His fingers slid back into her hair and gently tugged at the blonde strands.
A soft moan came from her as she deepened the kiss, scootching to the edge of her chair so she could be closer to him, her arms slipping around his neck. She loved his fingers tugging her hair, the way he tasted, how warm he was.
When he reluctantly broke the kiss, Lucas let his forehead rest against hers, his dark eyes on her blue ones as he smiled a little at her. "If I keep kissing you, I'm never going to want to leave." he warned her.
She smiled back, a blush on her cheeks. "My parents are in Europe somewhere I think. You could stay, if you wanted to." Alanna didn't like being alone in such a big house. With Lucas there she felt safe and cared for, which was something she hadn't felt in a long time.
He blinked a little at her, eyes going slightly wide. "I..." he began, not even knowing what to say. "I wouldn't want to impose..." he told her. He was sure he could sneak back in before his mother even knew he was missing and worst case scenario, he could say he'd spent the night with a friend. Still, she wanted him to stay over?
She didn't mean it as some kind of sexual invitation and when he stuttered her cheeks went bright red and she looked down. "I didn't mean like....um...well it's just it's a big house and um..." Now she didn't know what to say.
He shook his head a little and reached out to gently nudge her chin upwards. "Alanna..." he said, letting out a soft sigh. "I didn't... I..." he flushed a little and shook his head again. "I'm sorry." he told her. "I'd like to stay with you." he admitted. "And not like that." he assured her.
Alanna gave him a little smile and nodded. "Thank you." she said softly, giving him one more kiss before pulling away so she could eat her dinner. Her cheeks were still pink, but she was happy he was staying. She didn't think she could sleep alone tonight.
He gave her a little smile and went about finishing up his own slice of pizza. He was glad that he hadn't messed all of that up with being stupid. He couldn't help but look at her every couple of seconds, wondering what she was thinking.
Alanna was thinking a lot of things. Mostly that she was happy. Lucas made her happy. She didn't know how she had gotten so lucky, but she was cherishing every moment. When they were finished eating she cleaned up, putting the left overs away while he put the dishes in the dish washer. "Um, want to come up to my room?" she asked.
He flushed a little, but he nodded. "Yeah." he said. "I'd like that." And maybe he'd stop being so damn nervous all of a sudden.
Shyly she took his hand and led him upstairs. He room was tidy, with a ornate furniture, computer, flat screen, and in the middle a four poster queen size bed. "I'm going to go change...Make yourself comfortable." She went to her dresser, pulling out a white, thin strapped night down that fell to midthigh. Alana went into her bathroom, changing quickly and taking the braid out of her blonde hair, brushing it out and brushing her teeth. She left out a spare tooth brush for him before coming out. "I left a toothbrush for you." she said softly. "Maybe we would watch a movie or something?"
While she was in the bathroom, he looked around her bedroom, slipping his shoes off and tucking his socks into them before setting them close to the door. Her room was massive. It probably could have fit his whole house into it, but he didn't want to think about that. Money didn't buy everything, he knew. He was just glad that it was him that made her smile and not all her things. He smiled when she returned, his eyes moving over her body. "Thanks." he said in reference to the toothbrush. As for the movie. "That sounds perfect. Pick something, I'll only be a minute." he told her before heading for the bathroom.
Alanna nodded and went to the cabinet that held all of her DVDs. There were alot of them. She wasn't sure what he would like but finally decided on Sleepy Hollow, which was one of her favorites. She popped the DVD in before climbling into her bed, turning down the covers and waiting, her heart pounding with nervousness.
After brushing his teeth and giving himself a glance in the mirror, he returned to her room and gave her a little smile as he moved to sit on the edge of her bed. "Are you sure that me being here won't make you uncomfortable?" he questioned.
She smiled up at him and as nervous as she was, she liked the idea of falling asleep with Lucas beside her. "I'm sure. You're ok with it, right?" Alanna didn't want him to be uncomfortable either. She reached over and gently took his hand, squeezing it.
He nodded a little, nervousness showing in his eyes as he squeezed her fingers in return. "I've just never spent the night with a girl." he explained with a little shrug. "Kinda nervous." he admitted. Even if they weren't doing that it was still nerve wracking.
Alanna blushed, looking down with a smile. "I'm nervous too. I've never spent the night with a boy before." she said softly. "So I guess we can work on it together?"
He nodded at her question. "Guess we can." he agreed. "Mind if I get rid of the jeans?" he asked her, eyes flicking to his pants. "They're not quite comfortable to sleep in."
She bit her lip and couldn't help the desire that shone in her eyes as she nodded. "Sure, go ahead." she said as she took her hand from his and laid back against the pillows.
He stood once more, long enough to unbutton his jeans and unzip them and then slip them off. Picking them up from the floor, he folded them and sat them aside before turning towards her again and climbing into the bed beside her. Nervous? Most definitely. Especially now that he was pants-less.
Alanna gave him an encouraging smile. Yes, they were both nervous, but Alanna was also happy. It was nice not to be alone. "Um, I don't know what kind of movie you like but uh, is Sleepy Hollow ok?" she asked.
"Sounds perfect." he told her with a smile. He honestly wouldn't have cared if she'd picked something sappy and girly. He would have watched it no matter what she chose. Her bed smelled of her and he drew in a little breath knowing that he'd too smell of her in the morning. He found he quite liked that thought.
Pressing play, she set the remote on the side table and settled in as the movie started. She moved close to him, but not quite touching. She wanted to cuddle with him but she was nervous and was waiting for him to make the first move.
When she moved so close to him, he wondered if he should slip his arm around her. He wanted to so badly that he could practically taste it, but what if she didn't want him to? Damn it was so hard reading women. After a moment or two of deliberation, he slipped his arm around her shoulders and silently prayed that she'd lean in against him so he knew it was alright.
It was indeed alright. Alanna took his arm as an invitation to cuddle. She snuggled against him, laying her head on his chest and sliding her arm around his waist, getting comfortable. he was so warm and smelled really good. She could easily stay like this forever and be happy.
He smiled a little when she moved to rest her head against his chest. She was so soft and warm and she smelled so freaking awesome. He wanted nothing more than to hold onto her for the rest of the night and indeed planned on it if she'd let him. Tipping his head, he leaned it enough to press his lips gently against her hair.
A smile came to her lips as he kissed he hair and she moved a bit to nuzzle his neck. She didn't really care about the movie, she had seen it a million times. No, she was much more interested in her boyfriend.
Her nuzzling of his neck sent goosebumps up his arms and legs and the movie suddenly became much less interesting. He couldn't really concentrate on the television when she was so close to him and smelled so good and was wearing nothing but a nightgown.
Alanna pressed a gentle kiss to his neck, then bit her lip, wondering if she went too far. They were on a bed and she didn't want to misstep in any way. This was all so new to her and she was afraid of messing it up.
Lucas bit his lower lip when she kissed his neck, liking the way her mouth felt against his skin. It didn't really matter what she did, he liked anything that involved her kissing him. Moving a little, he pulled back enough that he could press his lips against her cheek and then against her mouth.
The movie was completely forgotten by this point. Alanna kissed him back softly, her hand coming up to stroke his cheek. She loved kissing him. Loved everything about him.
Well yeah, the movie didn't mean a damn thing to him as soon as her lips pressed back against his. Even less as those gentle little fingers slid over his cheek. His own hand came up to cup her cheek and he smiled a little against her mouth.
A shiver went through the small blonde as he cupped her cheek and she very gently nipped his bottom lip as they kissed.
It was quickly becoming hard to think about anything but how perfect her mouth felt, how soft and warm her lips were and how many horribly improper things he wanted to do to the girl. He was a gentleman though, damn it. Thankfully he managed to reel his thoughts in a little and keep that arousal at bay. At least most of it. When he pulled back from the kiss, it was to draw in a shaky little breath. His eyes opened to meet hers and he gave her a soft smile.
He wasn't the only one thinking about horrible improper things. Her mind might of been more improper than his. She took in a shuddering breath as he pulled back and looked up at him, her eyes a bit wide and her cheeks red. Her heart was pounding in her chest and it was apparent how much she enjoyed the kissing by her scent.
Lucas wasn't oblivious to the smell in the air, but he did his best not to think about it because if he thought on it too much, those improper thoughts would become improper actions. He smiled at her again, his hand gently sliding over her cheek. "You're blushing." he breathed.
Alanna let out a little giggle and nodded. Yes, she was blushing. She had never made out with anyone before, much less in her bed. But she liked it, a lot. Alanna leaned into his touch with a soft smile.
She was so damn pretty that it should have been criminal really. "You're beautiful." he murmured softly before leaning in to steal one more little smile. "I suppose we should be watching that movie..." he commented, eyes flicking to the television. If they didn't start paying attention to it soon, he didn't think he'd be able to control himself.
Alanna bit her lip before she laid her head back on his chest. She was much more interested in him than the movie, but if they didn't stop now, they might not. Alanna had never felt such wanting for someone in her life.
Reluctantly Lucas turned a little and slipped his arm around her once more. Even if he couldn't do all the things his mind and body wanted to do, holding her was pretty perfect. The little smile on his lips said as much as he settled into watching the movie once more.
