Naya wished it was simple enough that Gabe could have his daughter all the time. Any woman who used her child as a pawn was nothing more than a cunt as far as the female were bear was concerned. She'd yet to meet Abbie's mother, but she already despised her. Not because she'd had Gabe first, but because of the way that she treated him along with their daughter. Even without knowing, seeing or meeting the woman, Naya knew well and good that she wasn't any sort of person that she wanted to encounter.
She glanced at the little girl, far more interested in her barbies than the conversation with Naya and Nadia to really be paying much attention to the women at all. "I'll see what I can do," she told Nadia with a little sigh. Gabe deserved something better than an above-the-bar loft apartment no matter how nice the place was. He deserved a home, with a yard, and a swing set in the back for Abbie.
