Kurt couldn't help the disapproving huff that escaped when Shiloh admitted to not eating lunch. "You know, athletes need to consume more calories per than non-athletes, or else their muscle tone suffers. Breakfast and lunch are far more important than a large dinner. That way your body has time to burn off any extra calories you might in take." He realized that he didn't even know this kid, but he couldn't help the lecture. Especially after what had happened with Cas...and Dave...and Santana.
He opened his lunch, which he kept in his bag because the last time he'd left it in his locker a few jocks had broken in and replaced it with things less pleasant than his hummus and tomato sandwich. "Sorry, I didn't mean to lecture. Would you like half of my sandwich? I always feel weird eating when others aren't."
Shiloh's question made him laugh, and he shrugged. "I'm sure there are arguments to be made, but ours is definitely the easier perspective."
