Thread: Christian Club is Go. With a stutter... Date: 9/12 Characters: Quinn, Dave, open for members of the new Christian Club Location: Empty class set for use Warnings: Mortal Enemies meeting, potential weather warning outside Summary: Quinn's trying to set up Christian Club, the first order of business is a Prayer Circle for Artie...it could go better...
It was a lot to take on. For sure. Quinn knew that by founding a new club she'd be responsible for maintaining it. But without the Cheerio's, she was lacking in a few areas and a club like this would look great on her college applications. So she'd talked to Miss Pillsbury, gotten an agreement from her and pitched the idea to Figgins and as soon as she'd said 'virtue' and 'promote good living' he'd been a little more interested.
So they were trying it out. And she was hopeful.
There were a few people she knew from church, boys and girls she saw on occasion but barely spoke to. Everyone was welcome though, that was the whole point, wasn't it? The Christian way. Quinn hoped it worked out -she needed this sort of thing to boost her popularity a little more. And good wholesome things like C.C would lead the way to a good strong college for her and a stepping stone out of Lima.
"So, thanks for coming," she smiled sweetly around the faces, "we'll give it a few more minutes for any stragglers and then we'll start. Today we'll be doing a prayer circle, and sending our prayers to Artie Abrams, one of our classmates who is in need of a little good thought." This was where Quinn worked best -leading. Let manhands Rachel have her Glee Queen position, no one wanted that. Quinn was going to rule this school again.
