What Jadyn might've found boring, Quinn sought as a challenge. There were parts of AP Gov that made her want to hit her head off the desk, but the course work was challenging, it provoked thought and effort, which Quinn appreciated.
When Jadyn's thumb brushed her throat, Quinn froze for a second, holding her breath before sighing out. Her neck positively tingled from the light touch, but surely that was just her imagination. It was just her memory of when Jadyn had bitten her skin, had sucked the mark onto her neck, and her ribs, and her thigh.
"Because," Quinn didn't move the hair back, didn't cover it while Jadyn was sitting right there, "I don't want people to see it." That much was obvious. Quinn didn't exactly like the 'love bites', even when she was with Finn. But right then? When she wasn't dating anyone and speculation was all people had? Quinn wasn't going to risk someone wanting to find out. "I don't want people to know. I'm pretending it never happened."
