Thread: Hangovers suck! WHO: Lisa and Lauren WHEN: 11/21 afternoon WHERE: During study hall WHAT: Without a doubt one of the worst hangovers ever. Lauren doesn't make it easier to handle. WARNING: Lisa's language, Lauren's attitude, potential disturbing imagery
Sunday night hadn't been a good night for her. Considering she started on beer around about three in the afternoon and hit the hard liquor by seven, it wasn't surprising. She doubted her mother would be impressed by the sheer magnitude of her binge (it wasn't like the woman ever stuck around to actually help though, so Lisa had that to point out) and Lisa would probably be forking out the cash to replace the booze. She counted it as a win that she hadn't needed to go to the damn hospital with alcohol poisoning though.
Actually getting herself out of bed with the worst case of 'dead animal in mouth' syndrome was hard enough, but staying awake in school? Yeah, that was likely. But she stood in the shower for a total of twenty minutes, still half asleep and her head splitting to the highest heavens, while grabbing the nearest clean clothes and pulling herself out and to her car. Good idea driving? Probably not, but she blasted the stereo and rolled down the window anyway, that would keep her from falling back asleep and hopefully get her fully sober.
Monday morning classes always sucked, regardless of what classes they were, and Lisa only really looked forward to study hall and sleeping for an hour. This day was no different. She got to the library, put her backpack under the table, pulled out her biggest book and put her head down to catch a quick hours nap. God help anyone who woke her up.
