Nadine | Evan, Midnight
Nadine had a bone to pick with Julius, if that was the case. She needed Evan out of her hair and out of trouble as many hours as possible. She might have been put in charge of him, but she also had a full-time job on top of babysitting him, someone else could take a turn. It was unfortunate, but a necessary evil, that the task had fallen to the Fae restaurant/bar owner, and it seemed likely Maeve would have done a better job keeping an eye on him, or, frankly, anyone here to be fair, but he would have stuck out like a sore thumb. And so he had made an unthinkable decision to put her trust in a Faerie of all people.
So to Evan all she managed was a sneer and an offhand comment, "We need to get you some better hobbies then." Better hobbies than following her around.
"When you ask someone if they're eavesdropping, it's immediately personal. It's a personal question." Duh. "Watch them play darts, obviously." Which, to be fair, was about 75% of what she was doing.
