Julius | Oliver 11:00 pm
Part of his lack of understanding with clothing was the fact that he was mostly naked for his first three decades of life. He only understood clothing was important when he went the mundane world. His style had been heavily influenced by the bar backs he hung around with on shift, and he figured it worked and the look never went out of style, truly. Hell, in the 90’s he was fashionable and cool. All-in-all, he liked people. He liked Faes. They were fun and their magic was often fascinating to watch work. The again, Ollie was hard-pressed to find someone he did not enjoy the company of. Even if just in passing. He knew not everyone was great or nice, so he skipped passed that. Julius hadn’t tried to stab him with an iron knife, so he was cool. Plus, he owned a bar and knew his way around one. As someone who had decades of that life under his belt, that was even better.
He just continued to grin brightly. It was one of those agree to disagree. Probably the way they would be on many conversations. Not that they had many of those. His knowledge of Julius was pleasantly sparse. There was nothing that stuck out that was not already common knowledge, but they had apparently crossed paths or occupied the same space back in the 80’s once or twice. All the same, this brighter feel to him made Oliver glad he caught him on this night. He hummed and chuckled at how slow it was at the other bar.
“We are rotating. I’ll swing back by to check the closing in an hour,” Oliver offered with a shrug. “Maybe we’d all be busy if this was the city but.” He gave a laugh and shook his head. “At least you got to escape and have a good time.”
