"Naturally, it would be silly to waste such an opportunity." Gabrielle started to note. "I'm sure that there is at least one honest lawyer out there who would be willing to help." she laughed a little as she waved her hand ever so slightly at the idea. Though, since it was a hypothetical and all, Gabrielle didn't see why it would be so out of the ordinary. At the comment of the spice of life, Gabrielle took a sip of her drink and actually thought on it for a moment. It wasn't until she really came here that she had to sit and think about certain phrases that she had just known. Sure she had before, but it was more in the context of switching languages, than just thinking about the phrases themselves. "Yes, I do think that would qualify with that statement. Have too much of the same would be rather boring." she thought. When Parthenope giggled Gabrielle couldn't help have her smile widen a little bit more as well with a small giggle of her own coming out. It felt so good to have someone to laugh like this with. "Oh no, not with shoulders like that." she smirked and shamelessly eyed him a little bit before shaking her head a little at herself.
"I'm glad for you," she started. "it must make things so much easier. Planning, and just, knowing what to expect in general." Getting to know regulars and working up a report with them seemed like it would make things easier as well. At least in Gabrielle's mind, in all honesty, she really had no idea. She hadn't had a set work schedule in the last few years, and the last had been when she teaching. "Oh, I'm sure you're plenty skilled all ready." Gabrielle figured. "I've always wanted to figure out...what is it...ski ball?" she admitted that. It was one of the few that she just couldn't seem to get the hang of. Ellie thought of that for a moment and sipped while she worked on a reply. "Mostly for mundane things like cooking, and using their oils in balms and such. Some tinctures. I think though I want to talk to Kenna about getting some magical ones this summer." she did note thinking that it was beyond time for her to go and talk to the younger woman.
