To be fair, he also hadn't given his name either, but with the whole greeting each other like old friends thing happening right out the gate it had sort of fallen by the wayside.
Well, it wouldn't be the first time anyone had been overtaken by his everything for better or worse. He definitely had some current guests who found his everything to be a little much, but he wasn't planning on toning it down for them at all.
