I got this viciousness in my bones, trying to claw it's way free

Bree + Jayati
PG-13? | Ongoing
There were a few things that long term Summerview residents knew about Jayati. She didn't have the patience for poker(though she'd kick your ass at pool), she was calm and dry(right up until she wasn't), and if you were down on your luck or just plain heartbroken then she wouldn't hug you and give you a rousing pep talk - but she would let you crash at her place no questions asked, and feed you amazing food. It was her equivilant, and meant as much as the former coming from anyone else.
So she wasn't particularly surprised when one of the long time workers at the Satyr called her and said they had a relatively new arrival who was going stir crazy at the place. They had given her address to the girl, but weren't forcing her hand. Which was fine, honestly, she vastly preferred giving people a choice. Besides, she hadn't had anyone in the guest rooms in awhile, it might be nice. Jayati was born to be a protector, past her devastation for devastation's sake phase, and this ws her way of protecting people. Her house had been picked for it even, too big for just one person(and Lalita's library, which could almost be a person, really), laid out in such a way that enabled privacy and with a decent enough chunk of land that people could stretch their legs without leaving - and a treeline between her and the road so no one felt like they were being stared at. It also enabled her to shift into her true form and sleep in the sunlight, but that wasn't always welcome if she had guests.
Plus, this gave her an excuse to cook more.
Hmm.
Chilli. It was an excellent season for chilli. Curry too, but she wasn't sure about her possible new boarder's tastes, so mildly spicy chilli it was.
