"Very true - I have heard that before," Marie agreed. "I suppose you'll have a better idea of whether or not it fits the town after some time passes."
She returned the grin, appreciating it for what it was - hers was one of those wolf-watching-dinner grins, white and polished to shiny new. Lace and Arsenic certainly wasn't a bad aesthetic, in her view. That tidbit, the whole vibe, reminded her that she could use a new tea set. Maybe something cheeky, fine china decorated with flowers and you've been poisoned on the bottom of the cup as a surprise for when the drink was done. Ho, ho, ho.
And peruse she did, taking her time - careful not to touch anything, of course. The warning labels were likely there for a reason. And speaking of tea... "Oh, sure, tea would be great," she replied. "Thank you."
Then one of the dreamcatchers caught her eye for some reason - maybe due to how bright it was. Or the feathers. "How do these work, exactly?"
