Zander heard the claws climbing up the great walls of the building and was turned and ready for the approacher. No other creature preferred rooftops like he did. Not at this height. So, it was cause to give him guard, unless there was trouble he needed to know about.
But at the sight of the young Gargoyle before him, the tension in Zander's body relaxed. He wasn't in his stone form but he felt frozen.
He hadn't seen another Gargoyle in..what felt like forever. "So the rumor's were true then," He finally spoke, claws extending so he could get a better grip from his perch and look at her more closely. Those at the bar talked a lot of shit so Zander took it with a grain of salt. And then he remembered his manners. "Hello...I'm sorry, it's been awhile since I've seen another one of us."
