It should be noted that Parthenope was not unhappy with her current position. She wasn't in love with it either, but it paid the bills and allowed her ample crafting time, sh eas helping peope, but not really interacting with them in any meaningful way, which was what she'd really been trained to do all her life. Peisinoê was right though. She wasn't utilizing her skills or being particularly fulfilled by it, so it might be a good time to make a switch.
Honestly, she'd never considered any career options before they'd left home. She'd never had to, since everything had always been planned out for her. There were a lot of times--especially recently--that she'd wished she'd had the forethought to go to a real school like her sister, so she could actually have a career. But this seemed like a fun enough job. It might not be the sort of thing her parents would be particularly proud of, but she liked the arcade, she liked kids, and she liked blue icees. It seemed like a good fit.
She wasn't sure how dressed up she should be for this meeting--was it a real job interview or... So she'd kind of hit somewhere in the middle: black leggings, purple ballet flats, belted purple tunic shirt, and a three quarter length sleeved black and purple pinstriped blazer. It was... Interview casual? Dressier than she'd be for work, but not uncomfortable. Never one to be timid, Parthenope marched right up to the prize counter with a purpose and her brightest grin. "Excuse me, you're the owner, right? I'm Parthenope. The one with the sister pimping her out."
