So Charlotte's brand of trouble wasn't looked down on too much. She knew she did have to watch it, in general because this place was smaller rather than bigger. She wasn't stupid, even if she did indulge in things that her family thought was stupid. With an nod and a faux toast with her coffee cup, she silently pretty much agreed to not do anything to get into her way.
It wasn't like she was going to kill anyone. Then she took a drink. It was almost gone already. Damn it.. Those things never lasted long enough, she thought.
