It was sometimes hard to say which one of them was more responsible, honestly. Peisinoê may have been a better student for certain subjects but Parthenope was a better friend and more well rounded...Most days. Combined they were one full formed adult. That's why they were twins instead of just sisters.
"That's very considerate of you." Peisinoê grinned at her as she glanced over at the measurements she had been about to start in on for the second time, thinking that her sister was probably right. Rationally her mind agreed, but her 'lizard brain' as it were, wanted to stay in her working.
Oh, but when you put it that way, "Marshmallows? When did we get those?" Nerds and their sugar. As she stood she stretched and winced, hearing bones in her ankle crack and pop, "I hate legs, Parthenope. I really do. Shoes too." It was an old complaint, grumbled out as she pushed her chair in and turned a few machines off.
