"No worries," Daciana assured the other woman, "I'm sure this is an odd time for anyone to be doing business that isn't directly related to patients." The chuckle was more self-deprecating to herself than anything else. Sundays were strange times to do business, but as an artist, Daciana didn't have a set schedule. She worked whenever she could. Half the time she was so covered in paint it was almost impossible to get it all out.
As Nurse van der Zee began to lead her around, Daciana took stock of each room carefully, jotting down notes for different possibilities within each room she was taken to. She already had an idea for the waiting room, but it was one she wanted to run by the nurse before she committed to it. After all, if she had to be sitting in that window all day, she'd be seeing the art as well. This wasn't just for the patients.
"Nurse van der Zee, do you normally work the front office space that looks out into the waiting room?" If so, she was going to try to get her take on things. Perhaps some insight on some of their regular clients would help as well. Nothing too personal, no. Nothing that would violate any laws. More... the kinds of things she may have noticed about some of their regular patients' personalities. Hell, even the doctors who use the rooms could probably have preferences. She just needed to find out what kind of ambiance was here on average.
For the waiting room, however, she was already picturing three large rectangular paintings. All three would be like large bay windows... each with a different type of scenery on the other side of them.
