Re: Jaime, Crowe, 9 PM
"I've always wanted a cat but cats don't like me much," Crowe said then wrinkled his nose, "Dogs don't either. I may need a spiritually blind animal." He wasn't even sure if they existed. Maybe goldfish. He didn't want a goldfish.
Crowe shook his head at her question. He wasn't a fan of cemeteries. Honestly? Spirits there liked to wail. Okay, there was crying in a funeral home but usually not full out wailing like they watched one too many horror movies. Or children. He hated seeing lost children. He gave himself a mental shake, "I'm used to an earful," he smiled, "A lot of spirits are enjoying tonight, for example."
He nodded, "Well, mostly good. I don't want to listen because I don't want to judge. But I've heard stories of witches who can send spirits off without their consent. Those stories... helpful to the haunted. Not to the hauntee."
"Detection?" Crowe repeated, "So you can find them? Or help put up wards against them?" He paused, "Before here, I didn't know vampires and weres even existed."
Drinks! Crowe managed to grab one of the drinks. It was like a pink slushy. He took a sip. It was good. He hesitated then sat down next to Jaime, "If you don't mind the company?"
