"It depends on the size of the eggs," he told her. "There's quite a difference between large eggs and small eggs. I don't think anyone expects you to know that, but it's a bit like Potions - sometimes you've got to test things first."
He nodded enthusiastically as she described heating spices and winced sympathetically after hearing that she'd been bunged in the head with a coriander pod. "It sounds wonderful," he told her, "let alone the smell. I might have to try that, next time I have the time."
