George was late, the shop had been flooded with people and Fred felt it wasn't right to leave Verity alone. So dragging his twin out the two made it finally to memorial service. Death was never a pleasant subject, and George had never been keen on discussing it at length. But he was one of the few people he truly respected so, with jokes aside for the first time in his life, George walked in tight lipped.
He of course couldn't account for Fred's behavior. Fred was always the twin who tried to cheer everyone's spirits even when it wasn't particularly appropriate. Secretly George would be thinking something similar, but actually knew when to shut his mouth. (Some of the time.)
George and Fred took a seat with the rest of the Order. It was surprisingly quiet, even for something so solemn.
