The comment about consideration made Tonks purse her lips. Consideration was, in general, never a good thing, but she wouldn't call it out here. She simply nodded to the man, scooping up her tea again from the side of her desk and taking a slight sip. "Very well, sir." She fell quiet a few moments, part of her mind telling herself that she should let others get questions in, but with the raging, tearing uncertainty in her chest about everything that was happening, she only wished to speak more.
It didn't take long before attitude won out over decorum and she called again towards her boss. "Sir. Who in bloody hell supported Yaxley for this position? There were others far stronger, far more suitable..." Her pale eyes couldn't help but trail in Kingsley's direction. She saw the set of his shoulders, that look on his face, and she couldn't help but let a hint of worry slip into her expression as she gazed back to Gawain, "What was the reasoning behind the choice?
