"The Minister's resignation was a shock to many of us, but you'll find, I think, that the new administration changes were necessary. Scrimgeour wasn't entirely popular when he became Minister, and many people have questioned his policies. I think the increasing call for action is what did him in, in the end; he knew he'd have to resign."
He cleared his throat, willing to give no more on the matter. "There will, of course, be changes in the MLE, Robards, now that I'm gone."
