Bill left his dad and Charlie near the lane that ran in front of their property. He needed a few moments to himself to try and rid himself of the rage he felt. They'd ruined his wedding, the one bit of normalcy he and Fleur had. It had taken every ounce of self-control not to tear the Ministry official who'd led Fleur away limb from limb. And that had frightened him...the depth of his anger, the amount of control it took to not give into it. Remus had said there would be effects from his attack.
He leaned against a tree and took several deep breaths, letting the clean air of the Burrow fill his lungs, clear his head. Glancing at the garden, he caught sight of Fleur sitting there, holding her bouquet. His wife, he thought, feeling himself relax even more. Pushing off from the tree, he made his way to the garden.
