It had been a while since Adrian had just stopped by. She didn't know what they were or if they were anything, but she did know that she was bloody worried about him, and that she cared about what might happen to him, which was why she finally went over to his flat one night to check on him. He did it often enough for her.
She brought some takeaway, from one of the few little places that hadn't closed yet, and she headed for his flat, careful to avoid anyone that was passing by. It was getting to a point where you couldn't trust anyone. Selwyn had left her alone, and she intended to keep it that way.
It wasn't curfew yet, and with the intention of staying at his place it should be alright. She climbed the steps, her cloak over her head, and knocked quietly on the door, keeping an eye out for snatchers or anyone else who might be lurking about.
