Hestia's eyes moved over him; she couldn't deny the fact that she was attracted to him, the fact that she still had feelings for him. That was why she needed to stay away from him, things were better for him if they weren't together, and she didn't like the empty feeling that she got when she say him. He seemed to be doing relatively well without her. Hestia should try to do the same. She reminded herself that she'd been the one to call things off, after all.
"I remember, you only told me that the curator had been considering an event, but I'm glad that things are going through." Hestia took another sip of her wine and Tom delivered her pie. "What's the Ministry's cause for celebration?" she asked with interest.
