Remus' mouth twitched. The more time he spent with Robards, the more he liked the man. He seemed to weigh his choices carefully, and understood logic, which was more than Remus could say for some of the other Ministry officials.
He relaxed a little, leaning back in his chair. "We have it," he said. "Mr Davies won't have to worry about any more people visiting his home while he's not around." He reached for some curry, finally.
"And nothing will be missing from his flat, we took care of that. We'd not planned for table damage, but he was giving us a few more problems than we bargained for. I could arrange to have a table sent to him, if you'd like." He smiled just a bit.
