"I pride myself on my memory, Cho," he said, and rather proudly. He added a package of berries to his basket, knowing that they'd probably spoil before he did anything with them. That was usually what happened with most of his fruits and veg, though he bought them with the best of intentions.
He looked sideways at her, smiling faintly as she commented about homework. "Or worry that you're about to lose house points?"
She reached around him for the berries and he stepped out of the way, giving her room. "I'm working at the Ministry now," he said, and refused to sound sorry for it, no matter what Bill had said. "For the Minister himself, in fact." There was a definite air of pride to his voice. It was grand and noble, he thought.
"And yourself? Have you found something interesting?"
