And he was a bloody idiot for not thinking that one through sooner. He was the sodding Chief Auror - he should be focused on the big picture, not just what was going on in the Ministry.
He'd bet the damned Order was assisting those fleeing, though. He carefully didn't ask though - what he didn't know, he couldn't reveal, after all. Not that he approved of the Order, but still.
