Justin couldn't really say he minded being on the run much. Not when he was with Megan, at least. Of course, he'd noticed a potential problem recently; it was so easy pretending to be her boyfriend, that Justin was starting to forget what it was like just being her friend. Fake dating Megan was pretty brilliant, he had to say, and she played her part exceptionally well, too. Maybe that's where the confusion came in. Sometimes when she looked at him it was hard to remember that they were just Justin and Meg, two Muggle-borns on the run, instead of Johnathan and Diana, two young people in love.
It was likely that someday they would be back in England, back to normal, and he wouldn't know how to act around her anymore. From what he could tell from the Prophet, however, that day was a very long way off. So for now, he was going to enjoy himself.
He was reading the newspaper now while Megan was out. Things seemed to be getting worse, and he was a little worried about sending her out alone. What if someone spotted her? He'd just be sitting her with his bloody newspaper and no idea what had happened until she failed to come home.
It was a great relief when the door opened and Meg stepped in the room. Setting the paper aside, he stood and went to greet her, pressing a kiss to her cheek for the benefit of any passing maids, obviously. "Did you have fun?" he asked.
