Penny was glad that he had put some thought into her safety was a good comfort but then she had never doubted that he cared about her safety. "Polyjuice potion will be very helpful," Penny nodded her head, "should we get someone we trust to help me along, since if I am looking like you the two of us cannot go together." Penny didn't want to get into any trouble along the way, what if she was nervous and ended up in the wrong spot. "Don't worry I will be a perfect gentleman while I am you," she weakly smiled trying to make the situation a bit lighter.
Percy was stumbling over what he wanted to say and when their eyes locked on one another there was no way she could stop looking at him now. She gave his hand a gentle squeeze as if hoping to comfort him. She was expect him to tell her it was nothing and let her down easily, but what he did say was shocking to her.
He liked her? What? He still liked her after all this time. "Yes it is bad timing Percy," she said looking at him and trying to keep her nerves out of her voice. "I miss you as well." She took a deep breath and broke her eyes from his for a moment before finally pushing herself to look at him as she said this. "I still like you to and I liking being here when you get home. I look forward to seeing you." Penny could feeling some heat in her cheeks knowing full well she was blushing. Why was she so embarrassed it wasn't like this was completely knew.
